Pregnancy Yoga in Southport with Sharon from Empowered bumps

Suitable from 15 weeks gestation.  Our Pregnancy Yoga classes in Southport are the perfect way to introduce movement during pregnancy and can help to increase comfort.   

No previous experience of yoga is required.  These classes are specific to pregnancy and facilitated by a qualified and experienced pregnancy yoga teacher.

Enjoy learning how to move the body mindfully, connect with your breathing and how to cultivate selfcare.

Each week relax, reduce anxiety and calm the mind with effective breathing techniques for labour and birth (and life after). Release tension and restore balance within the body while learning how to move to promote a healthy pregnancy and labour. 

Pregnancy Yoga classes in Southport are the perfect accompaniment to our Hypnobirthing PLUS Antenatal classes and Pregnancy Yoga classes, also at The Hart Space in Southport. 


3 week block for £33
