Pregnancy Yoga with Sharon
Suitable from 15 weeks gestation. No previous experience of yoga is required. These classes are specific to pregnancy and facilitated by a qualified and experienced pregnancy yoga teacher.
Enjoy learning how to move the body mindfully, connect with your breathing and how to cultivate selfcare.
Each week relax, reduce anxiety and calm the mind with effective breathing techniques for labour and birth (and life after). Release tension and restore balance within the body while learning how to move to promote a healthy pregnancy and labour.
Pregnancy yoga and pregnancy relaxation are part of the ‘Empowered Bumps Pregnancy Wellness Package’ and work on a class pass system to give you ultimate flexibility. After purchasing your class pass you can pick your own dates and mix and match with pregnancy relaxation (on a Thursday) too if you like or use your passes for only yoga, the choice is yours!
